Description

De Montfort University (\"DMU\" / \"the University\") are seeking to appoint suppliers to a series of lots as part of a framework agreement for the appointment of suitably qualified and experienced consultants to provide a range of specialist property and construction professional, managerial and administrative functions, including the necessary administrative support and resources to provide strategic service and to implement capital and revenue programmes.

This procurement follows on from a successful market engagement event in November 2018 (PIN ref 2018/S 192-433107).

The framework agreement will cover construction and design team consultancy for the Estates and Facilities Directorate at De Montfort University.

It was initially anticipated that this would be a collaborative framework between DMU and Leicester College, on the basis of both organisations jointly appointing organisations, managing and administering the framework. The Director of Estates for Leicester College worked on the framework from September 2018 to May 2019 and helped devise the lots and banding structure for the framework, and provided input into the production of the Standard Selection Questionnaire for the prequalification stage and Invitation to Tender. This has included writing relevant sections of these documents pertinent to Leicester College's requirements as well as input on the contents of the framework documentation. At this time Leicester College is no longer able to provide staff resource for the next stages of the framework. Leicester College has withdrawn from a fully participative role. For the avoidance of doubt, however, this framework is available for the use of Leicester College.

Please find attached the Standard Selection Questionnaire (SSQ) and associated tender documents
