Description

The Combined Authority wishes to procure services for the implementation of an annual survey for the purpose of analysing West Yorkshire residents' perceptions of transport. This survey will be a continuation of an existing, long running time series and bidders are encouraged to submit their proposals for an annual survey which will run for a period of three years.
