Description
This requirement is for the design and delivery of a variety of in-house managerial and professional skills programmes in order to develop the effectiveness of Transport for London (TfL) and Greater London Authority ("GLA") employees' people management and business skills and ensure knowledge of, and adherence to, TfL and GLA procedures, policies, values and behaviours.
Services procured through this Framework will include delivery and/or development of one or a series of specialist or bespoke courses covering a specific requirement to train a number of TfL or GLA staff in a particular system, technique or topic.
Any of the GLA's other functional bodies will also be able to access the Framework for the provision of training services under the relevant Lots. This Framework is divided into the following four Lots:
Lot 1 - Communications & Personal Effectiveness
Lot 2 - Managing Performance & Business Effectiveness
Lot 3 - Finance
Lot 4 - Employee Relations
The successful Service Provider(s) will be expected to deliver all of the requirements within each applicable Lot.
