Description

The City of London Corporation (the City) invites Tenders for the provision of planning consultancy services to manage the preparation and submission of all planning and listed building applications for the Barbican Renewal project. The full description of the scope of services to be provided under the contract is set out in the Planning Consultant Brief.

The duration of the contract is 17 months, subject to the right of the City (at its sole discretion) to exercise its right to extend the Contract for a further 5 years. The maximum length of the contract is therefore 77 months.

This tendering exercise is being undertaken using the electronic tendering system 'capitalEsourcing' (www.capitalesourcing.com). Suppliers will need to register an interest on the system in order to participate and registration is free.

The estimated value is for the full duration of the contract including the maximum possible extensions. The estimated contract value for the initial 17 month contract is 70,000GBP per annum
