Description
Provision of Specialist Enforcement Services likely to include, but not limited to, any types of evictions from Council owned residential accommodation, council owned land, squatters, removal of materials and trespassers from common land and private land. Alternatively the economic operator may be acting in support of the Council in enforcing its statutory powers under the Highways Act 1980, or any other legislation relevant to any particular enforcement.
Specialist services may include removal of 'lock-ons', working in confined spaces, working at heights (climbing and tree surgeon work), liaison with local constabulary, and legal issues relating to the enforcement.
