Description

Consultant required for the feasibility of funding and implementing a "Mini-Holland" project in the city. A "Mini Holland" project is a collection of traffic point closures, cal foming measures, and public realm improvements in order to reduce or erase the prevalence of rat running and single occupancy car journeys over a large residential and commercial area, to increase the safety and uptake of walking and cycling alongside a combination of other benefits.
