Description

Although there is a Concept Design the requirement is for the Architect to act as Principle Designer and revisit the designs along with the key stakeholders at the College and wider design team to ensure the plans meet the requirements and expectations for both current demand and future projected growth within the curriculum area. The Architect will then be expected to develop the designs taking it from RIBA 2 through to completion\
