Description

Contract for Modular Buildings (Pathology) at West Hertfordshire Teaching Hospitals NHS Trust (WHHT)

An ITT was issued to contractors listed on Lots 4 and 5 of the SBS Modular Buildings Framework Agreement (SBS/16/JS/PZS/9049). The contractor list was informed by those organisations that responded to a capability assessment issued for the lease or purchase of the modular solution.

It was decided prior to ITT stage that the modular build was required only for the Pathology department; the previously considered new wards building (Granger) was not progressed.

Pre-construction services will commence in December 2021, and will conclude in March 2022. Main building works will commence in March 2022, and will conclude in January 2023.
