Description

The Council require a contractor to replace the existing asphalt waterproofing layer to the Borough Market Street balcony and replace the existing rainwater goods from the balcony level, through the internal shops and into the basement of the external shops on Market Street. The Market is a Grade 2* listed building, therefore please ensure you read the full schedule of works for the specified list of requirements and appropriate techniques to be used. Please note that currently there are Covid-19 restrictions in place on Market Street which reduces available loading and parking spaces.
Site visits are a condition to submit a tender, dates will be published via the YORtender messaging portal.
