Description

THIS IS THE 1ST PHASE OF A 2 PHASE SCHEME & INCLUDES APPROXIMATELY HALF OF THE EXISTING BUILDING. WORKS WILL INVOLVE THE REMOVAL OF EXISTING HEAT EMITTERS, INSTALL NEW LST RADIATORS ALONG WITH LOCALISED HEATING PIPEWORK & MODIFICATIONS OF THE EXISTING DISTRIBUTION SYSTEM. THERE MAYBE SOME ASBESTOS PRESENCE IN THE VOIDS BELOW THE SCHOOL AND THIS WILL REQUIRE THE ENGAGEMENT OF A 'WATCHING BRIEF' FROM AN ASBESTOS CONSULTANT.
