Description

Transport for London (TfL) on behalf of the Greater London Authority (GLA) along with key Stakeholders to this procurement, are seeking to appoint a supplier that will provide a full end to end event and project management service. The provision for a programme of events in London supporting Ceremonial activities. The core delivery objectives to this project
includes but are not limited to:

1) Event management plans
2) Contracting services including stewarding and traffic management
3) Risk assessments and assurance
4) Testing and exercising

There will be a minimum of twenty-five (25) key Event Stakeholders with full contacts list to be provided on appointment . To name a few - The Cabinet Office; Department of Digital, Culture, Media and Sport; St Paul's Cathedral; Metropolitan Police Service, and other London Borough councils.

The services are in scope of schedule 3 of the Public Contract Regulations 2015 and so subject to the Light Touch Regime, and will be procured within the light touch regime under regulation 74 via a 'pseudo' Restricted Procedure in compliance with the Public Contracts Regulations 2015.

It is envisaged that the competitive process will take place in successive stages to reduce the number of bidders, by applying the selection/award criteria stated in the tender documents.

The authority reserves the right to award the contract on the basis of tenders without conducting negotiations.
