Description
2.1. The Authority wishes to award a contract for a Stronger Communities Programme Evaluation, ("the Contract").
2.2. The Authority's Stronger Communities Programme (the "Programme") would like to commission an independent organisation ("Supplier") to conduct a comprehensive and formative evaluation of the impact and effectiveness of the Programme, and its new investment approach - Inspire, Achieve, Innovate - over a four year monitoring period: 1 April 2018 to 31 March 2022 (Actual monitoring period, the contract term is shown at 2.3 below). Further information is contained within Section 2: The Specification.
2.3. The Contract will be for a period of 50 months commencing 1 August 2018 with an option to extend for a further period of 6 months. Therefore the total possible Contract duration is 56 months (50+6).
2.4. The maximum Contract value is £125,000. Any bids submitted higher than this amount will not be considered.
