Description
The CSA Catapult helps UK companies, particularly SME's, to grow by exploiting advancements in compound semiconductor technologies.
The CSA Catapult is currently tendering for a variety of services for its new premises. The required research facilities are proposed to be located in Newport. The space will be split between open plan offices and specialist laboratories (Power Electronics, RF/Microwave, Photonics/Sensors an Advanced Packaging).
The Supplier of Design Services will be responsible for RIBA Stages 2 through to RIBA Stage 4.
This includes briefing workshops to fine tune concept design, design intent drawings in readiness for tendering and furniture consultancy with the Construction Project Manager, QS and MEP Consultants, administration by the CSAC Project Manager.
There will be a requirement for a proportion of the Design Team to remain client side and an element being novated to selected main contractor as it is vitally important for the project that the design remains consistent and not compromised during the project delivery.
