Description

Colchester Borough Council (the Council) wishes to commission a Contractor to undertake external decoration and painting of internal communal areas with pre-paint repairs where needed, to its housing stock, which consists of a mixture of bungalows, houses and blocks of flats.

Bidders are advised that the budget for the year is in the region of £400,000. However, the Council makes no guarantee of the volume or value of work to be required under this contract, which will be judged on the basis of satisfactory performance.

An advisory property list has been provided for Bidders. The Council makes no guarantee that any or all works will be instructed and reserves the right to make variations to the property list subject to prevailing circumstances.
