Description

Procurement of the new cloud based legal case management system will mitigate the risks presented by the system becoming unsupported in October 2022 when the current contract runs out. The new legal case management system aligns with the Council's IT Strategy and Application Roadmap, by migrating from maintaining onsite IT infrastructure to a system that is hosted by suppliers and/or provided as a service that includes system hosting resulting in reduced ICT costs.
