Description
An opportunity has arisen for an established mental health provider to take on responsibility for delivering on-site support to tenants at the Epsom Hope Project.
The Epsom Hope Project is a long-standing project to meet the housing and support needs of individuals with severe and enduring mental health problems through the provision of safe, independent homes with appropriate and flexible levels of care and support.
The Epsom Hope Project accommodation, owned and managed by Roseberry Housing Association, consists of six self-contained flats with shared communal areas, and is based in Helm Close, Epsom. Each tenant (known henceforth as an \"Individual\") living at the Hope Project has their own tenancy, and support is provided to meet their individual needs through the delivery of personalised Support Plans.
