Description

Repair and reline approximately 460 metres of foul sewer and associated branches. Expose and raise manholes that have been turfed or paved over and are now hidden from view. The sewer commences at 300mm in diameter and ends at 100mm diameter. Work includes camera surveying, cleaning, root cutting, remotely repairing without excavation where possible, lining the pipes and surveying on completion. The drainage must operate at all times, tinkering if necessary from the upstream manholes the staff toilets, cafe and public facilities must remain in use all the time.
The work is through a busy public park in close proximity to the public, children and pets, and also in an area with strict environmental and ecological restrictions.
A site visit is essential to be able to price this work accurately.
