Description
We are seeking one specialist consultancy for advice on the following range of topics in relation to further developments in the implementation of Salesforce CRM (Service/SalesCloud) at the British Council:
1. Integration with other enterprise systems, in support of an integrated, end-to-end journey for English and Exams customers.
- English teaching support system
- IELTS Exams support system
- Outlook (for our B2B users only)
- Our 'Data layer' ('Master Customer Reference' / Azure)
2. Integration with external systems (for our B2B users)
3. Customer service/sales development
- Further development of Salesforce 'Chat Bot'
- Further development of lead generation for B2B users
- Integration with cloud telephony solution
- Support for and reporting on sales

Bidders will be required to register on British Council`s e-Tendering portal In-Tend hosted at https://in-tendhost.co.uk/britishcouncil, in order to take part in the tender process.
Once registered, bidders must log-in to the website where they can view the project and access the bidders pack and submit their return.
