The University of East Anglia wishes to appoint a Quantity Surveyor for BMRC Resilience Works to consist of the following.

Following several system failures, it has been identified that a number of areas require review and upgrading over the coming years to future proof the building.
o DMU Ventilation.
o Separation of the building from the District heating system with the installation of the plate heat exchanger.
