Description
The Trust Catering Department requires a fully managed, royalty based high quality complete meal service solution in Huntsman dining room, Northern General Hospital and D floor dining room, Royal Hallamshire Hospital, to provide fresh chilled and hot meals directly to staff and visitors. A list of menu options must be displayed at the point of sale and should include main meals and snacks and should be cyclical and adapted for the hospital business. Nutritional, including healthy options and allergen information should be printed on all product packaging and there must be provision for displaying this information at the point of sale. Integral pre-programmed reheating facilities should form part of the machinery.
