Description

'Women in Diplomacy' project aims to bring a cohort of female diplomats from the UK and seven European countries (Italy, Spain, France, Germany, Poland, The Netherlands, Norway, Ireland and the EEAS.) together for a career development programme. This programme will focus on development areas such as personal branding, goal setting, negotiation, communication and leadership skills. It will also invite female leaders in government to share best practice and identify common challenges and opportunities. The FCDO seeks to contract an external training provider to help deliver the career development aspect of the Women in Diplomacy project in FY24-25.
