Description

South Central & West Commissioning Support Unit (SCW) provides specialist business support services to NHS and non-NHS customers. Based in the south of England, SCW's team of 1,200 skilled professionals provide expert support for over 80 NHS and non-NHS customers - nationally, regionally and locally; making a difference for 14 million people across an area of 15,600 square miles. As a current delivery partner for 13 STPs we have been at the heart of emerging Integrated Care Systems (ICSs) and the increasing adoption of population health management approaches.

Within SCW, the organisation leads and delivers many of the functions required to successfully 'win work'. The directorate requiring consultancy support performs the following key functions:

• Business Development including bidding and managing pipeline opportunities
• Marketing and communications including both external and internal communications

SCW are seeking approximately 20 days consultancy support to delivery an 8 week work package to develop the following documentation;
• Staff consultation documentation
• Equality Impact Assessment (EIA)
• Organisational charts
• Workflow Documentation
• Job descriptions (Approximately 10-12 new job descriptions) for new roles within the team.
