Description
Fluorescence spectrophotometer (and compatible software) with an excitation and emission wavelength between 200 to 900nm, with capacity for cuvette (single/multi) and standard plate reader. Plate shaking and cuvette stirring are essential and temperature control preferred. Easy access to the plate reader is also essential to allow for reagent/sample addition while running assays. The compatible software should support Windows 10 and allow for parameters setting for specific reactions at the user end. Other procured features include automatic data saving and export to Windows supported programmes, kinetic, standard curve and calibration calculations, samples information and reporting system. Optional features also include absorbance reading mode for cuvette (single/multi) within 300 to 800 nm.
