Description
Following confirmation of Eden's £50M Levelling Up Funding bid, expressions of interest are sought for a regeneration development opportunity on Morecambe's seafront. The previous EOI received good interest. However, most responses were housing led with an ancillary hotel and leisure component. With Eden now confirmed, the council is keen to understand the potential for a greater focus on leisure.
