Description

1. The objective of this contract is to obtain the services from a contractor who can supply the Plumbing Consumables on a draw down basis to meet the business needs of the British High Commission. The objective is to have an optimum level of inventory at the BHC stores ensuring minimum or no loss to FCO from the risk of goods getting damaged, obsolete and excess funds being locked in stocks.

To meet the objective, the supplier is required to demonstrate their ability in the following areas:
a. Experienced in the delivery of similar products to similar organizations in Delhi.
b. Able to provide material within specified SLA.
c. Actively pursues opportunities for value for money.
d. Flexible in its approach and is able to respond quickly to changing requirements.
e. Fully complies with all contractual obligations.
