Colchester Borough Council is seeking to deliver an important and exciting extension to the retail / leisure / residential offer in the Town Centre.

It is looking for an experienced contractor to provide architectural services to produce initial outline concept drawings, feasibility and cost planning for a potential scheme as detailed within the Specification.
