Description
You are hereby invited by The Council to bid for the requirements detailed in the RFQ Specification in accordance with the conditions outlined in this document.
The Council invites quotations for the provision of Pay slip printing and dispatch.
The Council's in-house payroll team provides a payroll service for around 4000 staff and 8000 pensioners. The pay date for both corporate staff and pensioner payroll is 24th each month.
1.2 INTRODUCTION
We are looking for a payroll printing and dispatch service for monthly payslips and annual P60's. Whilst the majority of staff access their documents online we provide paper payslips/P60's to employees who do not have access to our online payroll system and to all pensioners. Different payroll systems are used for corporate staff and pensioners.
1.3 SCOPE OF WORK
Croydon Council is seeking a service provider for payslip and P60 printing. This document outlines the specification for each service along with an approximation of the volumes required.
