Read: In the wake of the ongoing COIVD-19 outbreak, unfortunately Essex County Council ("the Council") is unable to conduct the proposed market engagement event as detailed in the original PIN. Please be advised that the Council is currently reviewing the options in relation to this service and will release any further updates regarding the planned procurement within a new PIN in due course.
Essex County Council (ECC) is considering options for a Countywide Community Wellbeing and Resilience Service, tackling Health Inequalities at its heart. This service will deliver traditional health improvement programmes, including but not limited to, smoking cessation, weight management and NHS health checks. This approach represents a move from traditional service delivery to community owned support options where appropriate. ECC invites prospective providers to attend a market engagement event on Monday 20th April 2020.
