Description

Provision of an Advocacy Support Service
The Council seeks to procure an Advocacy Support Service to assist Service Users of nursing and residential care homes, extra care and day services to complete up to 500 customer satisfaction surveys a year and report on findings to the Council. The aim is to ensure accurate and unbiased views of services are ascertained from Service Users, and to lead to improvements in services, in line with customer views.
The Council has a maximum budget of £12,658.00 per annum.
The Contract will be for a period of up to 3 years and will commence on 1 April 2020. This is subject to annual review and satisfactory performance and funding availability.

Suitably qualified and experienced persons and organisations are invited to express an interest in quoting for the above service.
