Description

The successful KS1 Standardisation Team Leaders (STLs) will be experts who are required to collect pupils work across all standards and create 4 standardisation exercises using these collections of pupils work.

The standardisation exercises will be completed by Deputy Standardisation Team Leaders (DSTLs) and LA KS1 moderators following delivery of STA training. The standardisation exercises will include collections of pupils work as well as supporting commentaries.

STLs will also be expected to produce and deliver training for DSTLs, as well as overseeing DSTLs during STA standardisation training events. They will also be required to produce a standardisation exercise for DSTLs.
