Description

WYCA are seeking to build on recent organisational design work, by carrying out a strategic review of all the organisation's Corporate Resources functions and their overall structure and linkages. The aim of this review is to identify the necessary changes to corporate policies, processes and systems and to also look at how best to roll out a strategic partnering model to improve the service offer.

As part of this review WYCA wish to procure an experienced organisational design consultant to act as a critical friend and to assist in the identification and development of proposals for change across the full spectrum of our corporate functions.
