Description
Merantun Development Ltd (the 'the Company') has a requirement for the provision of multi-disciplinary architecturally led design services for four residential development sites. It is proposed that each site will be subject to an individual invitation to tender. If you are shortlisted, you will be able to bid for each site, although the Company shall not be obliged to appoint you for any more than one site should it deem it in its best interests to do so. It will be the absolute discretion of the Company to determine site allocation in this scenario.
