Description

Sefton Council is seeking quotations from suitably qualified and experienced planning consultancies to provide ongoing specialist advice in relation to a wide range of retail matters affecting the Borough. These primarily, but not exclusively, will be in relation to retail planning applications. However, specialist advice may be sought in relation to emerging planning policy matters if and when required. The appointment will be on an annually renewable basis but subject to satisfactory performance, will be expected to run for a period of three years to 31st March 2027 with an option to extend for 1 further period of 1 Year.\r

The successful consultancy will be appointed as the Council's "retained" retail consultants. This will mean that the consultancy will become the "adviser of choice" to the Council regarding all retail planning matters
