- Housing Management System (HMS) capable of managing all City of London Housing Revenue Account Assets as agreed with the City Corporation including workflows and automation
- To integrate with all current City of London applications and suppliers as determined in the tender documentation
- Provision of ongoing support of the system in terms of hosting, technical maintenance, first line support, UATs and additional required training
- Software, consultancy, implementation, training and PM for all of the modules listed for up to 9750 assets (Azure Hosting, Contacts and Assets, commusisations Engine, CRM, Rents, repairs, Allocations, Service charge, Feedback, Housing options, Homeless, Homebuy, Off-line forms, Contractor Access Portal)
Option for 2 x 12 month extensions priced within 'Highest value' field.
