Description
Contract for Periodic Servicing and Inspection, Routine and Responsive Maintenance, Out of Hours Emergency Callouts and Major Works including New Installations for Uttlesford District Council. The Contract is offered in tow lots - lot 1 being passenger lifts and lot 2 being Stair lifts. Paltform lifts and Disability Hoists. The council acknowledges the age of some passenger lifts and are therefore also including some capital works. The council seeks to build long term partnerships with their selected contractors reducing set up costs for both.
