Description

South Cambridgeshire District Council, in partnership with Cambridge City Council, are seeking consultants to carry out a Landscape Character & Visual Impact Appraisal for the Cambridge Northern Fringe.

The purpose of the study will be a rapid landscape character and visual impact appraisal of existing and then three development options to form part of the evidence base for an Area Action Plan (AAP). Prior to going forward with the AAP, we wish to establish how much or how little impact development will have on this flat 'fen edge' area.
