Description

The Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea (RBKC) has 2,200 employees. A number of its' employees work directly with the public or on their own in the borough. We want to ensure that they are prepared for dealing with difficult situations, which may arise as part of their job with residents and colleagues. As a result we have awarded this contract.
