Description

The work consist of the refurbishment of the internal fabric including the removal and installation of new internal walls, doors, kitchen, suspended ceiling, lighting, power, data, plumbing, flooring and decoration. The building will continue to be occupied for the duration of the work and access is limited to the rear fire escape and self-contained entrance to the Occupational Health Centre.
