Description
The objective of this project is to prepare options for an improved regulatory strategy, which may include forming part of a SCS for the water vole in Norfolk, Suffolk and Essex.
This project will investigate the regulation system, including management, planning and licensing systems and all steps of the regulatory process within these systems. It is anticipated that the new flexibility offered by the Environment Bill will enable a shift in the balance of investment.
