Description
This call off from the Kent County Supplies Software Products and Associated Services Framework Y20011 is to appoint a supplier to act as a Microsoft Licence Solution Provider (LSP) for the Children's Services Education Enrolment Agreement for 3 years.
The agreement will allow HCC Children's Services to continue to subscribe to Microsoft Licences, including Office 365 licences for the contract period. The agreement will also provide the following:
• Administration of all communications and transactions arising from the partnership,
• Provide licensing advice,
• Track and report on licence holdings,
• Advise on annual true-up
• Fulfil orders at short notice, fast-track ordering solution (e.g. tailored web portal) is desirable.
