Description
Rotherham MBC is looking to create a framework of prequalified contractors for the following categories:
Lot 1 - Flat Roofing (works up to the value of £250K per individual contract)
These could include but not restricted to:
• Repairs to flat roofs,
• Recovering flat roofs,
• Replacement of rainwater goods.
Lot 2 - Pitched Roofing (works up to the value of £250K per individual contract)
These could include but not restricted to:
• Repairs to pitch roofs,
• Recovering pitch roofs,
• Replacement of rainwater goods
Lot 3 - Demolition Works (works up to the value of £250k per individual contract)
These could include but not restricted to:
• Partial demolition,
• Full demolition
• Clearance of a site
Lot 4 - Asbestos Removal (works up to the value of £250k per individual contract)
These could include but not restricted to:
• Partial asbestos removal within schools (ceilings etc)
• Full asbestos strip
Lot 5 - Building Works 1 (works up to the value of £150k per individual contract)
These could include but not restricted to:
• Refurbishment works (which could include internal alterations to schools, ceiling replacement in classrooms, refurbishment of flats, alterations to office buildings),
• Extensions (which could include extensions to foster homes, classroom extensions)
• New build
Lot 6 - Building Works 2 (works between the range of £150k - £500K per individual contract)
These could include but not restricted to:
• Refurbishment works (which could include internal alterations to schools, ceiling replacement in classrooms, refurbishment of flats, alterations to office buildings),
• Extensions (which could include extensions to foster homes, classroom extensions)
• New build (which could include new classroom blocks, new offices)
Lot 7 - Structural Repairs (works up to the value of £50k per individual contract)
These could include but not restricted to:
• Concrete repairs (which could include isolated repairs to houses and flats)
• Strengthening works (which could include reinforcing retaining walls)
Lot 8 - Mechanical Works (works up to the value of £200k per individual contract)
These could includinclude but are not restricted to:
• Boiler replacements
• Heating and hot water pipework replacements
• Major heating repairs
• Installation of ventilation systems
• Kitchen canopy ventilations
• Air conditioning installations
Lot 9 - Electrical Works (works up to the value of £200k per individual contract)
These could include but not restricted to:
• Rewires
• New lighting schemes
• Replacement lighting schemes
