To assist the NMC with a strategic review of our Pension Scheme arrangements, including-

-Reviewing our Defined Contribution (DC) Pension Scheme, to ensure that it meets the needs of both our colleagues, and the organisation as a whole
-Consulting on the closure of our Defined Benefit (DB) Pension Scheme to future accrual
-Improving the level of engagement around Pensions, for both our decision makers and our colleagues
