Description

We are looking to procure a company to provide expertise to the rail innovation factory core team

We anticipate this engagement will include:
1.1 Work with the BDM for rail to maintain a stakeholder engagement strategy, while engaging with new and existing key customers at director and programme manager level.
1.2 Set up and chair collaborative interactions with key customer stakeholders, such as ideation workshops, in order to develop an understanding of technical challenges.
1.3 Work with the rail portfolio team to define challenges, assess and prioritise, and then present back to the customer.
1.4 Work with technical team and BDM to shape technical projects around challenges, and agree these with customer stakeholders at appropriate levels, e.g. technical leadership, budget holders, etc.
1.5 Investigate potential collaborative opportunities for technical innovation that could be delivered through CPC's network, drawing on expertise of other CPC colleagues and the customer
1.6 Understand the offering of CPC from across the rail portfolio and more widely, with the aim of introducing rail customers to opportunities to innovate technology and address technical challenges
1.7 Contribute to bid development with understanding gained through customer interactions in order to ensure proposals are in line with customer requirements.
