Description

LCC requires land referencing services in connection with the Compulsory Purchase Order process for both road schemes in order to produce a schedule and Order map prepared in accordance with the Compulsory Purchase of Land (Prescribed Forms) (Ministers) Regulations 2004 and to prepare, serve and publish the various Notices in accordance with the Acquisition of Land Act 1981.
