Description

The owner of 56-58 Church Street, Stoke wishes to appoint a contractor to undertake historic restoration works to the external elevation of the building. Works will include roof repairs, reinstatement of traditional shop fronts and doors, masonry repairs, window replacement/repair, rainwater goods and leadwork. Work will be part funded by the Stoke HSHAZ project (Historic England/Stoke-on-Trent City Council). Please note that due to this project ending in March 2024 all work will need to be complete and paid for before 29th March 2024.
