Description

Procurement of a Client Side Team Consultancy Service to provide a Full Property and Project Management service (RIBA Work Stages 0 to 7 with breaks at all key Stages) to the RBKC Project Team for the following:-

Lot 1 - Barlby site, the Treverton Estate and part of the Balfour of Burleigh Housing Estates. Whilst the residential elements of the scope are still in their initial feasibility stages, the Primary School is expected to be in operation by September 2018 with the Special School in operation by September 2020 - Total Construction Value of £180M.

Lot 2 - Edenham Way Housing Development. Initial feasibility stage - Total Construction Value of £45M.
