Licensing:

Infrastructure:
• Enterprise License including 2 pipelines with a production & non production environment in each pipeline.
• 1 additional non production environment pipeline. 1 shared development environment

Users:
• 8300 internal users (Additional user packs available in packs of 100 priced per pack)
• 10,000 External users (additional users packs available in packs of 1,000 priced per pack)

Other:
• Unlimited application objects to support unlimited develop-ment i.e. cost to customer does not increase as more appli-cation are developed

High availability:
• Additional front-ends in separate and isolated availability zones.

Database Replication:
• Production database instance has a "standby" replica in a different availability zone, which automatically fails over to the up-to-date standby.

Support:
• 24x7 support (Urgent and High tickets).
• Monday to Friday business hours (Normal and Low tickets)
