Cantium Business Solutions (Cantium) is a Local Authority Trading Company

Cantium provides ICT Managed Services to its customers across the UK within
the Education, Local Authority, Health, and the Private sector. As a LATCo, we

Cantium is looking to appoint a WordPress Website and Development Agency.
Cantium Business Solutions supports its customers by offering advice and
guidance on the use of Information Technology to maximise the business
benefits of current systems and supports the delivery of new products and
services.
Access to this Agreement will be determined by the Cantium Business
Solutions nominated Contract Officer. Requirements will be confirmed on a
case-by-case basis as projects arise.
Cantium recently underwent a fresh website build & brand refresh which was
completed in 2022.
Cantium now wishes to have an agency onboard that can make required
improvements to the site's User Interface (UI), User Experience (UX) and
administration back-end. This also includes managing and keeping the website
and server environment up to date and secure.
The agency should also take joint accountability for the site, work as a
partner and provide added value rather than only do as directed. For
example, challenging development ideas presented by Cantium and make
suggestions for improvement based upon relevant metrics and data.
Any contractual offer made will be against a zero-value agreement as any
sales will be based on best value for ourselves and for our customers.
This Agreement is for a 36 months term based on an initial fixed 12 month
period, after which a 3 months break clause may be applied to the balance of
the term by the buyer. The contract will expire in its entirety after the 36
months unless the break clause is applied earlier, or it is extended.
The buyer has the right to request up to two separate 12-month extensions to
this contract, providing the supplier with a minimum notice of 30 days prior to
the contract end date. Therefore, the maximum possible contract length will
be 60 months.
