Description

The British Council is seeking a contractor to conduct an evaluation of Cultural Heritage for Inclusive Growth Programme. The purpose of the evaluation is to learn lessons from the programme on the potential of cultural heritage as a driver for sustainable and inclusive growth and to inform the design and implementation of multi-region and global British Council programmes.

The primary target audiences for the evaluation are those who influence and design development programmes both internally, within the British Council, and externally. In addition, there are a wide range of secondary audiences. The selected contractor will be expected to map these during inception.

It is expected that the evaluation would be developmental and supportive in approach and would also be designed and implemented in such a way to allow continued evaluation beyond the programme's end (March 2020) should there be successor or follow-on programmes.
