Description
The City of London is currently retendering their reactive repairs and maintenance services contracts. The tender will include the following two lots for each housing portfolio:
Lot 1 - Housing Revenue Account Housing Estates - The repair and maintenance of City of London social housing stock including voids is managed by the City of London Housing Property Services Team including Property Services Officers, supported by Repair Service Desk (call centre for Housing) and estate based Estate Management Staff. The total estimated value is £7,000,000.00 for the full duration of the contract including the maximum possible extensions. The estimated annual contract value is therefore £1,400,000.00
Lot 2 - Barbican Housing Estate - The repair and maintenance of Barbican Estate including voids is managed by the City of London Housing Property Services Team including Property Services Officers and Garchey Engineers, supported by Repair Service Desk (call centre for Barbican). The total estimated value is £5,000,000.00 for the full duration of the contract including the maximum possible extensions. The estimated annual contract value is therefore £1,000,000.00.

In the scenario that suppliers are bidding for both lots the duration of the contract is five years with a break clause at the third year. The total estimated value is £12,000,000.00 for the full duration of both contracts including the maximum possible extensions.
